When I play a song with Pitch Switch I don't hear any sound.

If you don't hear any sound when playing a song with Pitch Switch, check the following:
  1. Make sure your PC speakers are turned on and working. If you can hear sound in other Windows applications, then your speakers are setup correctly. (If you're unsure, try watching a YouTube video. Does YouTube have sound?)
  2. See if Pitch Switch has selected the right Output Device for your PC. Click "Options | Settings..." from the main menu bar. On the options window ensure that the "Output Device" is using the correct sound card (if there is only one option listed there, then you have the correct device selected).
